Upon placing your order our system will automatically provide you an order confirmation email. Separately you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours. We ship daily Monday-Friday. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase (excluding holiday mail closures). Please allow 2-4 days transit time from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. 

We accept returns or exchanges on brand new merchandise with some requirements. Please see the details below for more info:

• 14 day return/exchange policy from the day the order was delivered
• Returns for store credit only, no cash refunds
• Any return or exchanged item must be in brand new condition in packaging with applicable tags etc
• Return shipping fee is applied to any return or exchange
• Sale/Designated items are all sales final

Currently we are able to ship to all 50 states as well as military addresses overseas. We do not offer international shipping at this time but check back soon for more updates.
